Terms & Conditions

  1. Purchase four (4) Adult Sunway Lagoon Tickets to get a FREE Night Stay in Resort Suites Hotel.
  2. Sunway Lagoon tickets valid from now until 31 March 2019.
  3. Admission Ticket includes entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X and Go Kart.
  4. Free Stay redeemable from 1 January 2019 – 30 June 2019.
  5. Room bookings must be made via email to booking@artezgroup.com at least 15 days in advance prior to intended check-in.
  6. Prior booking is required and is subject to room availability.
  7. Not valid in conjunction with other discount, promotions, privilege card or group booking.
  8. This promotion is subject to change or withdraw at anytime without prior notice.
  9. No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
  10. Check-in time after 3pm; Check-out time before 12 pm. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and chargeable at RM20 per hour.
  11. Any changes of check in date is chargeable at RM50 and must be done at least 3 days in advance.
  12. Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.
