General Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum stay of 14 consecutive nights is required.
2. The rates will be discounted 20% off Best Available Rates per night for a minimum stay of 14 nights and above.

4. Prior booking is required and is subject to room availability.
5. Not valid in conjunction with other discount, promotions, privilege card or group booking.
6. Staying period until 31st December 2018.
7. This promotion is subject to change or withdraw at anytime without prior notice.
8. No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
9. Check-in time after 3pm; Check-out time before 12 pm. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and chargeable at RM20 per hour.
10. Any changes of check in date must be done at least 3 days prior to original check in date and is subject to room availability.
11. Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.
